Kelsee B. Kephart is a passionate attorney and counselor-at-law, concentrating in areas of estate planning; real property matters; probate and administration; business planning and maintenance; contract drafting and review; curative title; and natural resource and agriculture law.
Kelsee has taken her passion for client care and transformed it into a practice of helping clients plan for their future, while addressing present issues that face the people and entities that she represents. Kelsee also has extensive knowledge of natural resource law, making her uniquely qualified to help individuals and entities navigate unique Oklahoma complexities.

Kasey Odom, Associate Attorney
Kasey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas in 2015. Following her undergraduate degree, Kasey pursued a legal career. She graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2019. Kasey and her husband are now proud Oklahoma residents!
Kasey started her legal career in criminal defense, which deeply familiarized her with the litigation process. She is now an associate at Kephart Law, PLLC where she practices estate planning, probate, and various other areas of civil law and litigation.
